In this model, we function as a traditional design house, providing a range of services including architecture, civil and structural engineering, as well as specialised expertise in sustainability and Passivhaus design.
We can offer these services as a standalone option, working alongside your design team, or as a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach, coordinating our in-house services to reduce stress for you.
We can also integrate with your design teams to supplement their expertise and skills.
The Delivery Model
The DASH Home Model is an innovative approach to delivering high-quality, sustainable, and beautiful homes quickly and affordably.
Designed to Passivhaus standards, we ensure the quality of the final product by taking care of both the design and the delivery process.
When you come to us for a new home, we provide you with a fully fitted, high-quality home, complete with heating and cooling systems. We handle everything from the initial design to the final construction, eliminating the hassle of managing multiple trades and making your dream home a reality.

DASH guides you through a thorough briefing process to understand your specific wants and needs. Occasionally, we may challenge your thinking to uncover your ultimate goal to reach the best result.
Once the feasibility and concept designs, along with costs, are approved, we prepare a comprehensive engineering and technical pack—an instruction manual, if you will—detailing how your work will be undertaken.
