Concept design
Every project starts with an idea. We work closely with you to create a project brief, which is the first step towards delivering a successful design. We share initial concepts and ideas through sketches, visualisations, and mock-ups, allowing you to see how your vision can become a reality. Once you are satisfied with the design, we submit it for planning approval.

Technical design
A building is composed of many systems that integrate with each other such as structural, mechanical and electrical systems. Once planning permission is secured, we collaborate with the wider design team to develop a detailed design.
This includes producing drawings compliant with building regulations and ready for the tendering process.

Contract administration
DASH offers contract administration and project management services, taking on the responsibility of overseeing the construction process. We start by drafting contract documents and specifications, which form part of the contractor selection process.
